Translate cross-functional needs into clear technical plans.
Communicate tradeoffs and progress to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years managing teams of developers (5-7+).
Core Java, Spring, AWS (EC2, ECS), MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
Python and C#/.NET for automation and microservices.
Strong CS fundamentals and SDLC best practices.
Architecture, scalability, reliability for consumable APIs.
Ability to work with ambiguity; test-first coding mindset.
