🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
2+ years leading a team of 3+ engineers.
Proven success delivering complex backend software projects.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
