📋 Description

• Lead one of our engineering teams (six total).
• Hire for Banking, Catalog, or Prepaid Cards; match to strengths.
• Grow engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and coaching.
• Own technical quality via code reviews, architecture, and standards.
• Report to our Director of Engineering, Chloe.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading a team.
• Excellent technical judgment and ability to explain decisions.
• Strong communication; explain concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid product intuition; articulate initiatives to engineers.
• Lead AI adoption; use AI without lowering quality.
• High empathy and collaboration with teammates and users.
