🎯 Requirements

- Proven experience in rapid, continuous releases (shipping multiple times a day).
- Able to mentor and grow engineers across diverse technical backgrounds.
- Deep expertise in at least one stack (Backend, Web, or iOS) and influence across others.
- Experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, Glue) and scalable APIs (RESTful).
