Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a small, agile team building and scaling B2B platforms.
• Own technical delivery, people leadership, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Design high-volume distributed systems with Golang on Kubernetes (Istio).
• Build gRPC/GraphQL APIs and AWS services.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and stakeholders to enterprise needs.
• Lead architecture, roadmaps, and mentor a globally distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading a team (Team Lead/Tech Lead/Engineering Manager).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with React.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Golang required.
• Experience designing and building microservices architectures.
• Deep experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills; enterprise/B2B experience.
