Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a small agile team on the C4B tech team to build and scale platforms.
• Own technical delivery, people leadership, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Design distributed systems with Go on Kubernetes using Istio.
• APIs: gRPC and GraphQL; DynamoDB and Postgres.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Business teams to align requirements.
• Shape architecture, roadmaps, and project timelines; mentor the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading a team as Team Lead/Tech Lead/Engineering Manager.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with React.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Go.
• Experience designing and building microservices architectures.
• Deep experience in AWS cloud environments.
