Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a small agile team delivering scalable B2B platforms.
• Own technical delivery, people leadership, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Design high-volume, fault-tolerant distributed systems (Golang on Kubernetes with Istio).
• Build and operate microservices with gRPC, GraphQL, and AWS Lambda.
• Leverage AWS services: DynamoDB, Postgres, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• Shape architecture, roadmaps, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor engineers; foster a global, collaborative team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading a team (Team Lead/Tech Lead/Engineering Manager).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with React.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Golang.
• Experience designing and building microservices architectures.
• Deep experience working within AWS cloud environments.
