Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a small agile team responsible for building and scaling platforms powering B2B offerings.
• Own technical delivery, people leadership, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Design and develop high-volume, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Build Golang microservices on Kubernetes with Istio; expose gRPC and GraphQL APIs.
• Utilize AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Postgres for robust platforms.
• Mentor engineers, shape architecture, and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading a team as Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with React.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Golang is required.
• Experience designing and building microservices architectures.
• Deep experience working within AWS cloud environments.
• Experience building and operating scalable, customer-facing platforms.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders in B2B/enterprise contexts.
