🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of engineering management in a SaaS or platform env.
- Strong backend and distributed systems foundation; JVM ecosystem preferred.
- Experience operating production systems at scale, including on-call.
- Familiar with Kafka, Redis, AWS, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with authentication, permissions, or governance systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
