📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of ~10 engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Set the strategic direction for platform engineering across Exiger.
• Define platform deliverables and align active projects to leadership goals.
• Unblock and enable multiple engineering teams across platform challenges.
• Design scalable platform solutions and lead major company-wide initiatives.
• Foster learning, engineering excellence, and platform ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience including backend/data-intensive apps.
• 2+ years of engineering management leading software teams.
• Cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience building and scaling API-first PaaS and SaaS systems.
• Proven mentorship and growth of engineers at all levels.
• Passion for data, analytics, and turning insights into action.
