🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years in a people management or team leadership role, including hiring, performance management, and mentoring.
- Experience with systems infrastructure, including cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and scalable architecture design.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
