📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional product engineering team; deliver value to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, incl. 2+ years managing engineers.
• Led outcome-driven teams through discovery and delivery cycles.
• Help teams grow autonomy, clarity, and focus.
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
• Use AI or automation to boost productivity and reduce toil.
• Apply DevOps principles to increase velocity and reduce risk.
• Care about fast feedback, clean architecture, and scalable systems.
• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
