• You coach, guide and unblock engineers in their career and development.
• You invest with product/design in effectiveness as team leaders.
• You collaborate with product/design to deliver strategy and reduce ambiguity.
• You empower and mentor engineers with your technical background.
• You own team services, delivering high-quality software and service.
• You oversee the Storks function (Data & Security) including auth, data import/export and integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Engineering Manager with strong people management and action bias.
• Strong technical skills; able to weigh in on technical discussions and practices.
• Experience coaching and growing distributed product teams.
• Embrace change and can take a step back.
• Focus on outcomes over processes; coach your team to do the same.
• Inspired by our values and eager to embody them.
• Humble and love learning; able to mentor or coach others.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
