🎯 Requirements
- Senior-level software engineer with 7–8+ years in production systems.
- 2–3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience designing OO software in C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python or Ruby.
- Strong soft skills: communication, empathy, coaching, leadership.
- Experience with distributed or remote teams.
- Fluent English; knowledge of the Canadian market is a plus.
