🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent.
- 7+ years software engineering exp with at least 2 years people mgmt.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ engineers.
- Strong product engineering background with shipped consumer/B2B2C products.
- Experience at Series A/B company in high-ambiguity environment.
- Proven ability to partner with Product and Design as equal contributor.
