Hands-on design reviews and code guidance to de-risk complex initiatives.
Drive design and code quality with standards and automated checks.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years backend engineering with 2+ years in engineering management.
Risk management or Fintech product engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot, including multi-threading and concurrency.
Distributed systems for high-availability, high-throughput architectures.
Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
