Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews to ensure quality.
Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Mentor junior engineers as the team grows.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years software engineering experience.
Strong ability to understand complex business processes.
Kotlin, Java, React, TypeScript backend/frontend skills.
Hands-on experience building scalable automation/workflow systems.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers (preferred).
