Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and other teams to deliver solutions.
Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews, upholding quality.
Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Mentor junior engineers and support growth as the team scales.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 5+ years software engineering experience.
Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and propose solutions.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; cross-team collaboration.
Solid backend/frontend skills with Kotlin/Java/React/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience building scalable automation/workflow systems.
