📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams (4–6 engineers).
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to boost productivity, code quality, and velocity.
• Strong expertise with React/TypeScript or Elixir/Phoenix.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL.
• DevOps practices including infrastructure management and deployments.
