🎯 Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years building apps using React, Node.js, NestJS, REST, and PostgreSQL.
- 2+ years Kafka or similar data streaming technologies.
- Microservices with Docker and Kubernetes; AWS preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineers—mentorship or oversight.
- Strong technical judgment, ownership mindset, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
