Engineering Intern, Testing and Validation

📋 Description

• Set up and conduct testing activities.
• Design test loops by creating P&IDs and selecting equipment.
• Perform engineering calculations using 1-D models and FEA tools.
• Create SolidWorks models of test loops and detailed drawings.
• Develop SOPs and maintain testing records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, with machine design focus.
• Experience with SolidWorks for drawings; GD&T required.
• Hands-on assembly/testing; sensors/transducers and LabVIEW data acquisition desirable.
• Familiar with rotodynamic and reciprocating fluid machines (compressors, pumps, turbines).
• Familiar with ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation; MATLAB or Python for data analysis.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
