Engineering Intern – Business Technology Operations (Operations Data & Visibility)

📋 Description

• Partner with Distribution Tech, Data Eng, and Ops to improve visibility across DCs.
• Design data pipelines and models across multiple systems.
• Support development of a centralized distribution data layer for reporting.
• Develop SQL queries, views, and transformations for dashboards and KPIs.
• Create and maintain technical docs, data flows, and metric definitions.
• Learn and apply data engineering best practices in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
• Interest in data analytics, BI, and operational reporting.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
