Engineering Director, Frontend

📋 Description

• Own the frontend team across core verticals including Trading and Payment.
• Lead hiring, development, and pipeline; partner with Product, Backend, Security.
• Drive cross-functional outcomes with technical judgment over pure execution.
• Lead design and delivery for core features: trading frontend, wallet, AI trading products.
• Oversee KYC/AML frontend integrations and payment gateway work.
• Ensure decisions balance speed, quality, metrics, and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
• 10+ years engineering experience; 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Deep frontend expertise (React/Vue) with API/backend fluency.
• Proven track record shipping frontend for DAU 1M+ products.
• Crypto/fintech domain familiarity; comfortable balancing security and UX.
• Web3 frontend ecosystem experience: ethers.js, wagmi, viem, WalletConnect, EVM.
