Engineering Director - Business Data

📋 Description

• Lead three software teams in the Business Data unit.
• Develop and evangelize engineering practices and processes.
• Oversee integrations of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
• Build a data mesh with open-source tools: Trino, Ranger, Superset.
• Design, develop and operate Python workflows with Temporal.
• Own product roadmaps, collaborate with stakeholders across Canonical.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject.
• Proven ability to lead large software teams to deliver results.
• Experience in CRM/ERP, Python, and data governance or integrations.
• Track record of going above and beyond to achieve results.
• Professional English with strong presentation skills.
