🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering end-to-end software.
• Strong technical background in Java, .NET, or similar stacks with hands-on coding.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven success building scalable systems delivering complex, high-value apps.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments, driving efficiency and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, simplifying tech for all audiences.
