🎯 Requirements
- 5-8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform engineering
- 3+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, performance, delivery)
- Direct experience with the modern data stack and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Track record delivering complex data platform initiatives (migrations, consolidations)
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
- Ability to review code, debug production issues and make sound architectural judgements
