🎯 Requirements

5+ years in data, analytics, or platform engineering
3+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, performance, delivery)
Snowflake data warehouse, data transformation, and orchestration tools
Proven track record delivering complex data platform initiatives
Experience in regulated/compliance-sensitive environments
Code review, debugging production issues, and sound architectural judgments
