Lead engineering-driven projects (facilities, infrastructure, integration, test systems)
Guide projects through requirements, concept, design, build, commissioning
Drive on-time engineering delivery across cross-functional teams
Define and implement Core Engineering delivery processes and stage-gate reviews
Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning for seamless operation
This is not a traditional project management role

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Systems Engineering
5–10+ years delivering complex engineering systems
Experience with system integration in multidisciplinary environments
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems and interfaces
Hands-on experience with structured engineering processes and design control
Excellent cross-disciplinary communication and collaboration skills
