🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years leading engineering teams and coaching individuals.
- Strong engineering leadership; coaching certifications valued but not required.
- Experience leading teams through hypergrowth or startup-to-scale transitions.
- Ability to influence across product, GTM, and executive stakeholders.
- Growth mindset; turning people leadership into coaching skills.
- Passion for helping people advance in the workplace.
