🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience
- AI-fluent in Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Experience building/shipping web apps (frontend/backend/fullstack) in production
- Solid full-stack understanding; Next.js, React, Rails, PostgreSQL, GraphQL
- Clear communicator in a fast-moving startup
- Nice to have: AI-integrated product work (LLM-powered workflows)
- Nice to have: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval patterns
- Nice to have: Fintech domain knowledge
- Nice to have: Vector databases or embedding pipelines
