🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Active use of AI tools in daily workflow (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex).
- Experience building and shipping web apps with production ownership.
- Full-stack experience with Next.js, React, Rails, PostgreSQL, GraphQL.
- Clear communicator who collaborates in a fast-moving startup.
- Nice to have: experience with LLM APIs, vector DBs, fintech knowledge.
