🎯 Requirements
- Excellent business communication and soft skills to handle international customers.
- Kubernetes, Networking and Systems certs (RHCE, Linux+, CCNA/Network+); security certs a plus.
- Voracious learner to become a deep expert across multiple products/use cases.
- Strong ownership to own problem resolution and convey solutions to customers.
- Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Knowledge of Python or scripting is an advantage.
