  • Expertise in networking, cloud security, and performance management; quick to master new tech
  • Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams and orgs
  • Experience building new processes, tools, or features to improve troubleshooting
  • Industry certification at professional/expert level
  • Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) process and beta efforts
