🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in HRIS/HR tech or enterprise integration; SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong SF integrations with middleware; Workato knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of additional SF modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, etc.)
- Ability to assess current systems and identify improvements
- Experience with reporting, data management, and HR data dependencies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; certifications a plus
