📋 Description

  • Focus on engagement management at accounts directed by the Territory Leader.
  • Manage the legal talent and, where appropriate, the client.
  • Build a community among engaged legal talent with the Talent Success team.
  • Raise insights with the Territory Leader and wider sales team to drive revenue and NRR.
  • Ensure engagements finish successfully in partnership with other teams.
  • Work with Business Operations and Billing to resolve matters quickly, especially revenue-related.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of services-driven experience (client development/account management/sales/recruitment) in a professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage varied tasks to a high standard with attention to detail.
  • Comfort managing data and building reports and PowerPoint documents.
  • Clear evidence of cross-team collaboration and ability to build relationships.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.

  • Operates with low ego, high motivation and drive to succeed.
