🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in client/account/project management in marketing, agency, or digital.
  • Experience managing client programs across multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Strong PM skills; experience managing multiple projects/workstreams.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, SFMC) and CDP/data tools (Segment, Hightouch, mParticle).
  • Understanding of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; relationship builder.
