  • Serve as primary client contact; align deliverables to goals and KPIs.
  • Translate client goals into marketing objectives, roadmaps, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated MarTech programs.

  • 3-5 years in client/account/project mgmt in marketing/agency/digital.
  • Experience managing client programs with multi-channel or complex marketing.
  • Strong PM skills; able to manage multiple projects/workstreams.
  • Marketing automation (Iterable, Braze, SFMC) and CDP/data tools (Segment, Hightouch, mParticle).
  • Understanding of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
