📋 Description

• Work with CSMs to drive customer success and long-term value.
• Train public safety agencies on the Prepared platform, onsite or remote.
• Monitor usage metrics and intervene to improve adoption.
• Advocate for customers with product, support, and engineering teams.
• Travel up to 75% to meet clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success or training
• Public safety domain expertise (911, CAD, NG911)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relationship-building across multiple levels of an organization
• Nice to have: direct experience in the 911 space
