Engagement Manager, Future Platforms (Accounting) | Housing

📋 Description

• Own accounting engagement success end-to-end from kickoff to post-launch.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with clients and live deployments.
• Ensure accuracy and readiness across all accounting workflows.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning with Controllers and CFOs.
• Oversee configuration and implementation: COA, vendor/entity setup, mappings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product, or founder roles.
• Background in accounting/finance (Controller or Senior Accountant).
• Experience managing complex, client-facing implementations or projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, reconciliations, close).
• Excellent communicator, able to build trust with senior finance stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days/week.
