Engagement Manager - Events Business Consulting (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead business development, driving ~$500k annual book of business.
• Lead client engagements and manage day-to-day work of project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Become a thought partner and trusted advisor to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth.
• Develop and socialize BC standard offerings and future offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of management consulting experience.
• Background in HCP engagement strategy, or omnichannel/marketing ops preferred.
• Strong track record delivering client advisory engagements.
• Core consulting skills: workshops, client presentations, PM, method development.
• Ability to travel roughly 25%.
