📋 Description

• Lead analytics workstreams from problem definition to delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact; present findings to executives.
• Scope engagements; define analytic methodologies and data needs.
• Translate payer challenges into structured, data-driven solutions.
• Guide analysts in execution: data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Maintain technical depth to review code and validate outputs.
• Develop narratives linking analytics to business value and impact.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across consulting and analytics teams.
• Identify opportunities to scale analytics, especially payer use cases.
• Mentor junior team members; coach technical and professional skills.
• Own engagement operations: work planning, status tracking, and delivery accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics or consulting; 3+ years in healthcare analytics.
• Experience supporting payer organizations.
• Proven ability to own and lead end-to-end engagements.
• Strong client-facing experience; executive presentations.
• Ability to structure complex problems and analytic approaches.
• Strong storytelling; translate data into insights.
• Experience with modern data platforms; Snowflake preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint; develop executive deliverables.
• Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced settings.
• Technical fluency: SQL; Python or R; data viz tools.
