🎯 Requirements

5+ years in analytics/consulting; 3+ years in healthcare analytics
Experience with provider organizations (health systems, physician groups)
Lead end-to-end engagements; strong client-facing skills
Strong storytelling; translate data into actionable insights
SQL required; Python or R preferred; Tableau/Power BI experience
Snowflake experience preferred; strong PowerPoint for exec deliverables
