Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Work with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
• Partner with public safety agencies to understand workflows and train them on Prepared.
• Travel up to 75% to deliver onsite training and demonstrate value.
• Become a Prepared platform subject matter expert for customers.
• Monitor usage metrics and address gaps to improve outcomes.
• Advocate for customers within CS, product, and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success, training, or related field; SaaS/public safety exp preferred.
• Public Safety domain expertise; knowledge of 911, CAD, NG911.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate complex concepts.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills; drive product adoption.
• Relationship building across multiple levels of an organization.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced startup; willingness to grow with Axon.
