Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end success of strategic PE/holding accounts across all OpCos.
• Partner with Account Executives to define scope aligned to BuildOps PS catalog.
• Lead deployment strategy and program planning across PE parent and each OpCo.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver against a scoped plan and standard methodology.
• Maintain multi-year account plans across holdco and OpCos; spot expansion.
• Represent BuildOps in executive settings and craft narratives linking implementation to business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in top-tier consulting or complex SaaS deployment.
• Led enterprise/PE-backed portfolios in industrial/field service/construction.
• End-to-end SaaS deployment: discovery to go-live.
• Expert program management: governance cadences, risks, dependencies.
• Change management: drive stakeholder alignment and frontline adoption.
• Commercial/PS acumen: scoping, pricing, margins; SaaS ARR/NRR.
