Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Drive smooth client implementations and oversee deployment, training, and adoption.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple engagements; manage estimates, delivery, and controls.
• Lead the service delivery team; manage conflicts and ensure efficient processes.
• Manage project budget, margin, scope, and schedule within initial parameters.
• Identify internal and external project risks and provide mitigations.
• Facilitate discussions on infrastructure sizing and architecture with engineering and data science leads.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience leading project teams or cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor's or Military experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Location: Must be currently located within EST or CST regions of the United States.
• Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risk and contingencies.
