- Lead multiple concurrent projects across onshore and offshore teams

- Develop project artifacts: Jira backlogs, weekly reports, risk assessments, and Gantt charts
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget across projects
- Identify engagement risks and communicate mitigation plans

π― Requirements
- 5-8+ years experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications strongly preferred
- Familiarity with PSA tools, ideally Certinia
- Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate consulting teams and customer relationships
- Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, SE, support, legal, HR)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
