  • Lead multiple concurrent projects across onshore and offshore teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8+ years experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements autonomously
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
  • PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with PSA tools, ideally Certinia
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate consulting teams and customer relationships
  • Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, SE, support, legal, HR)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
