Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Build and drive on-time delivery of Data Engine products and services.
• Ensure SLA achievement and continuous quality improvements.
• Onboard and successfully implement new Data Engine projects.
• Manage long-term customer health by identifying risks and remediation.
• Partner with clients to address operational issues with Scale engineers.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams, including MLEs and Field Eng.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-9 years in consulting or technical program mgmt.
• Associate / Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager at Big 3.
• Technical background: CS, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Proven B2B client-facing track record and growing relationships.
• Ability to understand APIs and ML training lifecycle with tech customers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytics-driven problem solving and multi-workstream organization.
• Experience reading SQL or other database languages.
• Nice to have: API tech company background and API-customer experience.
