- Drive accounting engagements end-to-end for multiple clients
- Lead configuration of COA, vendors, and bank onboarding
- Ensure accuracy and readiness of accounting workflows
- Own data migration and post-launch reconciliations
- Partner with Controllers/CFOs to shape future-state processes
- Build scalable systems and playbooks with Product/Engineering
🎯 Requirements
- Background in accounting or finance, ideally in high-growth tech
- Experience managing complex client-facing implementations
- Strong GAAP fundamentals: GL, reconciliations, close
- Comfortable with data, configurations, and systems
- Excellent communicator with senior finance stakeholders
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple engagements
- Autonomous, detail-oriented; comfortable with ambiguity
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days/week
