Conduct Engagement assessments to determine participants' social/therapeutic needs and goals.
Develop an innovative Engagement Program with activities and outings.
Implement and supervise all Engagement Program activities for safety and enjoyment.
Post a monthly calendar of the Engagement activities.
Build relationships with outside organizations and resources for support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
Activity Professional Certification required; 3 years related exp may substitute.
2 years in social/recreational/educational program.
1 year full-time in health care or mental health with frail elderly.
CPR and First Aid certs within 180 days of hire; certification on hire preferred.
