Conduct assessments to identify social and therapeutic needs, preferences, and goals.
Develop a comprehensive Engagement Program with activities and outings.
Implement and supervise activities, ensuring enjoyment, safety, and appropriateness.
Develop and post a monthly calendar of engagement activities.
Cultivate relationships with outside organizations for program support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
Activity Certification required; 3 years relevant experience may substitute.
Two years in social/recreational/educational programs; 1 year full-time with frail elderly.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; renewal required.
